Automate the busywork. Lock down everything else.

We are the security arm of Tech Patrol LLC. We run the monitoring, the identity controls and the process automation for companies that have no internal IT team and no appetite for finding out what that costs.

svcWhat we do

Two practices, one team, one invoice.

Automation without security is a faster way to lose data. The engineers who wire up your workflows are the ones defending them, which removes the argument about whose problem it is.

Business automation / 6 services

  1. 01

    Workflow automation

Approvals, onboarding, quoting, invoicing, field reports. We sit with the people doing the work, count the touches, then take the pointless ones out.

    • Power Automate
    • Make
    • Scripting
  2. 02

    Systems integration

CRM, accounting, ticketing and field apps talking over real APIs, so the same order stops being typed three times by three people.

    • REST
    • Webhooks
    • ETL
  3. 03

    Cloud & Microsoft 365

Migration, tenant hardening, Teams and SharePoint governance. The licence review at the end of it usually pays for a decent share of the project.

    • M365
    • Azure
    • Licence audit
  4. 04

    Data & reporting

Numbers pulled from source systems on a schedule. One dashboard that leadership opens on Monday instead of a spreadsheet somebody rebuilt on Friday.

    • Power BI
    • KPI design
  5. 05

    AI-assisted operations

Document intake, quote drafting, ticket triage, internal search. Deployed inside your own tenant, with the data boundaries written down before anything is switched on.

    • Doc processing
    • Guardrails
  6. 06

    Managed IT & helpdesk

Named engineers, asset lifecycle planning, patching, and someone else to argue with your ISP. The unglamorous layer the rest of this sits on.

    • Flat fee
    • SLA-backed
    • Onsite DFW

Cybersecurity / 6 services

  1. 07

    Detection & response

Endpoints, identity and cloud watched around the clock. An analyst triages the alert, isolates the host and phones you. Nothing waits in a queue for morning.

    • EDR / XDR
    • Containment
    • Hunting
  2. 08

    Assessments & compliance

Gap analysis against a named framework, remediation ranked by what actually moves risk, and the evidence trail your insurer or your biggest client keeps asking for.

    • NIST CSF
    • CIS
    • HIPAA / PCI
  3. 09

    Identity & access

MFA everywhere, conditional access, least privilege, and an offboarding routine that removes access the same afternoon the person leaves.

    • Entra ID
    • SSO
    • Offboarding
  4. 10

    Email & phishing defence

Filtering, SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up properly rather than half-published, plus simulations short enough that people finish them.

    • DMARC
    • Simulations
    • Training
  5. 11

    Backup & recovery

Immutable, off-site, versioned, and restored on a schedule. Having backups and being able to use them are separate claims; we test the second one.

    • Immutable
    • Tested restores
    • RTO / RPO
  6. 12

    Endpoint & network hardening

Patch discipline, firewall and Wi-Fi rebuilds, segmentation between office, guest and production, dormant accounts swept out.

    • Segmentation
    • Zero Trust
    • Patch SLA

opsHow we work

Four phases, and you can see the invoice coming.

The same sequence whether you are a twelve-person firm or a two-hundred-seat operation across three sites.

  1. 01weeks 1–2

    Assess

We inventory what you actually run, talk to the people who use it, and score the risk.

    • Asset and identity inventory
    • External surface scan
    • Written risk register
  2. 02weeks 3–6

    Stabilise

The high-impact, low-drama work that stops a bad week turning into a bad quarter.

    • MFA and admin cleanup
    • Patch and backup baseline
    • Endpoint protection
  3. 03ongoing

    Automate

A roadmap ranked by hours returned per dollar, built in short increments you can watch working.

    • Process mapping
    • Integration build
    • Hours-saved reporting
  4. 04continuous

    Patrol

Monitoring, plus a quarterly review where we show the numbers and argue for what comes next.

    • 24/7 detection
    • Quarterly review
    • Annual reassessment

kpiWhat we report

Commitments we write into the agreement.

These are the targets you can hold us to, and the figures that appear in every quarterly review.

15 min
To acknowledge a critical alert, at any hour of any day.
Same day
Resolution target for standard helpdesk requests.
4 × year
Business reviews with the numbers put in front of you.
Every backup
Restored on a test schedule rather than assumed to work.

secWho we serve

Companies with no internal IT department.

Twelve to three hundred seats, one location or twenty. If technology decisions currently land on whoever is least busy that week, that is the job we take over.

  • Professional servicesdocs
  • Healthcare & clinicshipaa
  • Construction & fieldmobile
  • Legal firmsprivilege
  • Logistics & distributionuptime
  • Nonprofitsgrants

stdHow we operate

Five things we put in writing.

  1. 01

    Flat monthly pricing

One number covering support, monitoring and the security stack. No hourly bill lands after an incident.

  2. 02

    Plain English

Reports a non-technical owner can act on. If we cannot explain why something matters to the business, we do not bill for it.

  3. 03

    Vendor-neutral

We recommend what fits your size and budget, including the tool you already pay for and have never switched on.

  4. 04

    Local hands

Onsite across Dallas–Fort Worth. Remote support for distributed teams anywhere in the US.

  5. 05

    You own everything

Documentation, licences and admin credentials stay in your name. Leaving is always possible, which is why nobody does.

faqQuestions

The six we get asked every week.

Anything not covered here is a fair question for the assessment call.

q.01How much does this cost?

Managed IT and security run on a flat per-user monthly fee, sized to your seat count and risk profile. Automation projects are quoted as fixed-scope builds with the expected hours-saved figure stated before you sign. The initial assessment costs nothing and the findings report is yours whether or not we work together.

q.02We already have an IT person. Does that change anything?

Usually for the better. A good share of our work is co-managed: your internal person keeps day-to-day support and the user relationships, we bring the 24/7 monitoring, the security tooling and the project capacity that one person cannot cover alone.

q.03How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Critical incidents get acknowledged in under fifteen minutes, any hour of any day. Standard requests are handled the same business day. Both targets sit in the agreement rather than in a sales deck.

q.04Can you get us through a cyber insurance questionnaire?

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons companies call us. We map your current state against the control set being asked about, close the gaps in priority order, and hand over the documentation the underwriter or the client requires.

q.05What does an automation project actually look like?

We shadow the process, count the touches, and pick the two or three with the best return per dollar. First build usually ships in two to four weeks on tooling you already licence. You get a before-and-after measurement rather than an assurance.

q.06Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

We do. Onsite work is centred on DFW. Monitoring, response, automation builds and helpdesk are delivered remotely for clients across the United States.
